Seclore has announced the launch of Astra, its new artificial intelligence (AI) platform designed to help teams work smarter and faster while laying the foundation for future AI-driven customer solutions. The launch of Astra AI marks the entry of Seclore into AI to strengthen Data security.
Astra is built to streamline everyday tasks across the organization—from summarizing documents and retrieving product information to responding to RFPs and preparing for customer meetings. By embedding AI into everyday workflows, Seclore enables its teams to focus on strategic initiatives while AI handles routine tasks, ultimately delivering an even better customer experience.
Astra AI will be modeled, developed, and strengthened through rigorous use cases before eventually being rolled out to global customers. The launch of this platform reflects CEO Vishal Gauri’s broader vision to embed AI into Seclore’s data-security solutions and position the company as a leading AI-driven data-security provider.
Astra debuts with two AI Agents:
Helios – a knowledge agent that answers questions using Seclore’s internal product resources.
Lumen – a support agent that assists teams in troubleshooting and responding to tickets more quickly.
