Procol will launch Clara 2.0 for Indian enterprises at Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2026, taking place November 16–18 at the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty. Clara 2.0 debuted globally at DPW Amsterdam in October.
For years, enterprise procurement and finance teams have struggled with fragmented systems. Legacy ERP setups often trap teams in manual data entry, disconnected sourcing cycles, and slow invoice reconciliations. Clara 2.0 connects isolated tools into a single multi-agent system that orchestrates the source-to-pay cycle end to end, without displacing the tools that already hold the record.
"Procurement and finance leaders are tired of buying software that creates more administrative work," said Gaurav Baheti, Founder & CEO of Procol. "We built Clara 2.0 because enterprises do not just need another dashboard. They need autonomous agents that can negotiate a contract, run a compliance check, and reconcile an invoice, escalating to a person only where the decision genuinely warrants it. Indian CIOs have spent a decade digitising procurement and finance separately. What we are showing in Kochi is what happens when the same agents work across both."
Clara 2.0 introduces specialized AI agents that work across both procurement and finance:
Intake AI Agent: Turns a plain-language request into a complete purchasing workflow, with the approvals and data already attached.
Autonomous Sourcing Agent: Runs RFQs, RFPs and e-auctions end to end, comparing bids on commercial and technical criteria and managing the negotiation rounds without a buyer driving each exchange.
Supplier Risk and Monitoring Agent: Runs supplier onboarding end to end and monitors compliance and operational risk continuously after it.
AI Spend Control Tower: Gives finance teams real-time visibility across enterprise-scale spend data, with variances and savings surfaced as they appear.
Orchestration Engine: Passes work between agents and in and out of existing ERP systems, so a handoff doesn’t become a re-entry.
Accounts Payable Concierge: Automates three-way invoice matching and routes exceptions for review, so processing time stops depending on queue length.
Clara 2.0 connects to existing tools through two-way data synchronization. Across Procol’s customer base, that connected execution has cut procurement cycle times by up to 80 percent.
Procol will run live demonstrations of Clara 2.0 at Booth #510 in Kochi.
