

Concentrix Daksh Services India announced the launch of its employability initiative for skill upgradation of 400 graduates and undergraduates from underprivileged communities. The program will be conducted in partnership with NASSCOM Foundation and NASSCOM Sector Skills Council (SSC NASSCOM).
The program will equip students with skills in specialized areas of customer support and technical support at select colleges in Haryana, Punjab, Telangana and Jammu and Kashmir. It will also help them develop the requisite skills for specific jobs including back office associate, customer service associate and technical support associate. The courses will be designed to inculcate soft skills, basic and advanced English communication and also improve computer literacy.
Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Jojo Mathews, Senior Director, HR - India and UAE Concentrix ¬said: “Concentrix has an inherent philanthropic culture that supports overall societal development, we are committed to invest in the future of our youth and develop their employability. The curriculum will be created in collaboration with Concentrix and will be aligned to SSC NASSCOM’s Qualification Pack. NASSCOM Foundation will be responsible for fund utilization, monitoring the implementation and corporate social responsibility impact reporting. The foundation will also be responsible for governance on the success metrics for the project.
