Equinix Helps Sime Darby Berhad to Digitally Transform its Infrastructure in Asia-Pacific

Faced with supply chain disruptions and the exploding volume of data from increased cloud adoption, companies need to securely connect their distributed resources and pivot promptly when market conditions change, without compromising sustainability. To support its digital program and sustainability visions, Sime Darby Berhad, the Malaysian multi-national with reach across Asia-Pacific, has deployed on Platform Equinix® and leveraged Network Edge to digitally transform its infrastructure across the region.

With the support from Equinix's technology partner Coevolve, Sime Darby Berhad also adopts Equinix’s Network Edge on Equinix Fabric^TM to achieve secure and stable SD-WAN integration across markets. This deployment allows Sime Darby Berhad to rapidly scale and adapt to external factors by deploying digital infrastructure as needed, eliminating prior systems that required shipment, truck-roll and capital expenditure.
