But since then the resilience and innovation of our teams have only increased. As mentioned earlier, we have focused on solutions that enable business to run operations smoothly in the evolved business scenario, but also on offerings that help business drive greater customer value in these difficult times. Solutions for E-signing, Automation driven solutions, smarter Tax Tech solutions and others have been of value to our clients in these times.
Rajeev: What would be your message for customers looking at technology enabled business solutions especially in the tax tech space?
Niraj: Technologies enabled Tax solutions make it possible to cater to the mandates of the global digital economy with changing tax data flows, data analytics, and data requirements to build, automate, and modernize tax compliance processes without errors. Companies willing to invest should be made aware that tax technology is a great strategic component for enterprise transformation evolving at a pace that is prominent.
Cygnet Infotech’s key focus here would be to provide end-to-end integration with legacy systems to simplify and automate reporting with enhanced transparency through reconciliations. Apart from that, tax technology also creates opportunities for tax professionals in terms of monitoring data and getting to results that enable strategic decision making. To summarize, the new digital tax function is growing, and companies need to keep up with this variation. This way they will be able to improve organizational efficiency and productivity in the new normal.
