“We Are Able to Sell Good Numbers of Crucial SSDs”

Micron’s dominance in the Indian storage solutions market has amazed all the market players especially in the last few years as Micron has further accelerated its growth. The wide presence across the Indian market has helped the brand to achieve big targets. AVS Infotech, one of the key channel partners of Micron in Delhi has been selling its storage solutions for last one year. DT spoke to Mr. Sanjay Kumar Gupta, Director of AVS Infotech to know about how is Micron doing in Delhi and their overall experience in the last one year.

Sanjay Kumar Gupta, Director, AVS Infotech said, “We have been associated with Micron for last 1 year and we have been witnessing quite good demand for Micron’s storage products. We do business across Delhi-NCR and cater to more than 1000 resellers. The demand for Microns’ SATA SSD and RAM has been swiftly increasing which has helped us grow at a rapid pace. Our customer base has increased since we started selling Micron storage products and we want to take this association ahead. The overall response from customers regarding the product quality is great and we don’t see any quality issues. It boosts our confidence and we are very happy to sell Micron’s products. Also, on the supply front, the national distributors like RP tech and Balaji support us very well. 

“We at AVS Infotech deal only in the storage products and display solutions. Whereas in storage products, we only sell Micron due to the huge demand and great product quality. Our sales have been increasing at a good rate and we are able to sell good numbers of Crucial SSDs. Considering the growth which we have achieved so far, we are expecting four times growth in the business from Micron products by this year. Out of our overall revenue, we get 10% of the revenue from selling Micron products. And it’s a great figure as we don’t sell any other brand. The channel policy of Micron is commendable and they support us in meeting all the requirements,” added by Sanjay.
