Micron is one of the largest storage solutions providers in the Indian market and has built a large network of channel partners across India. Since its entry into the Indian market, the brand is emphasizing on keeping its channel partners happy by providing proper support to them on each and every front. DT spoke to Micron's one of the key channel partners in the Kolkata region to know what do they think about Micron’s journey and the support provided to them. We exclusively talked to Mr. Manish Lunia, Director, Shree Computers Sales Private Limited.

Commenting on their overall journey with Micron and its performance across the region, Manish Lunia said, “We are overwhelmed with the performance of Micron in the region as Micron has achieved quite good momentum within a short time span. The customers are very satisfied with all the products available in the market. Especially SATA SSD and RAM offered by Micron are doing extremely well in the market and these products always remain in demand which shows how Micron is growing. Moreover, the brand has been offering good service support to its customers which plays a very crucial role in the success of any brand. All such aspects have led Micron to gain a competitive edge over other brands and gain footholds in the market. Micron has a good reputation in this region and all customers trust Micron very much.”

Mr. Manish Lunia says, “Our business has grown as we have been witnessing increased demand for storage solutions. We cater to almost 250 partners who are quite happy with the response and demand they are getting from the local market. We have multiple brands in our portfolio but since we started to sell Micron’s products, we have seen upto 25% increase in our business. Thereby, we always feel overjoyed while selling Micron’s product to our customers. We are very keen to take this association ahead and build a strong relation with Micron.”
