Mi Homes Named as Best Premium Exclusive Stores by UNOMER

Mi Homes were rated as Best Premium Exclusive Stores basis a research study by UNOMER.  The “Smartphone Retail CSAT Benchmarking Research Report” was based on a consumer satisfaction index which evaluated exclusive brand stores of smartphone players. Over 1238 consumers were surveyed across 7 cities who rated these brands on relevant attributes such as store layout, availability of finance options, and hasslefree checkout/billing process amongst others. 

With over 75 showrooms spread across 19 cities, Mi Homes were the most preferred single brand showrooms in terms of store layout, ease of movement in the store, in-store merchandising, staff knowledge, etc. amongst buyers.

• Staff knowledge with a score of 62%
• Ease of checkout/billing process with a score of 60%
• Availability of Finance options with a score of 64%
• How brands fare on key parameters among buyers (in percentage)
