Instagram has announced a new feature that lets you share what you're listening to in real-time on Spotify, directly in your Instagram Notes. This update makes it easy for you to express yourself and connect with friends through music.
Here’s how it works:
Tap on the when creating a note (First timers will have to *link their Spotify account before they’re able to use this feature)
In the audio browser, tap to “Share from Spotify”
If you are already playing music on Spotify, your note will automatically update to show what you’re listening to. If you’re not actively listening to music on Spotify, your note will automatically show the next song you play within 30 minutes.
Choose whether or not you add text to your note.

Link Your Spotify and Instagram
To share your favorite Spotify tunes on Instagram, first link your accounts—it’s easy! Head to Instagram Settings > "Your app and media" > "App website permissions" to link Spotify.
You can also link your account by tapping on a Spotify song in Reels, Stories, or when creating a Note—just hit "Link Spotify" at the bottom.
