A recognised Grammy voting member and a pioneering voice in India's independent music scene, Damini has built a distinct identity by blending raw storytelling with deeply personal themes through her music. Staying true to the spirit of the series, the episode transforms a musical performance into an intimate storytelling experience, where music, memories and meaningful human connections take centre stage.
The latest episode features Damini performing three deeply personal tracks that reflect different shades of love, healing and self-discovery. The set opens with the exclusive premiere of her unreleased song Seethakalam, a poignant breakup anthem that explores the bittersweet process of moving on. It is followed by Maava, a playful acoustic number filled with warmth and charm, before culminating with Premalekha, her most-streamed independent song, reimagined through a soulful collaboration with a Sarangi artist.
Adding to the emotional depth of the episode is an interaction with a fan who travelled all the way from Japan to Mumbai after discovering Damini's music years ago.
