Acer India kicked off Day 1 of the APAC Predator League 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, marking the start of one of the most electrifying esports and entertainment showcases in the Asia-Pacific region. The two-day extravaganza, running 10th and 11th January, unites top esports teams, world-class gaming technology, and a live music experience, delivering unmatched action for fans, players, and tech enthusiasts alike.

The opening day was dominated by the Valorant Grand Finals, where top teams from across Asia Pacific faced off in a high-octane FPS showdown. Spectators were treated to strategic gameplay, fast-paced action, and moments of extraordinary skill as gamers battled for supremacy on the virtual battlefield. The intensity of the matches, combined with the energy of the cheering crowd, set the stage for an unforgettable day of esports excitement.

A highlight of Day 1 was the Acer press conference, where the company’s leadership addressed the media and attendees, sharing their vision for the future of gaming, esports, and technology innovation. The day 1 of the gaming event was graced by Acer’s global and India leadership, including Andrew Hou, President, Pan-Asia Pacific Operations, Acer Inc, Harish Kohli, President & MD, Acer India and Sanjeev Mehtani, Chief Sales Officer, Acer India

During the event, Harish Kohli, President & MD, Acer India, spoke exclusively to DT and shared his excitement.
