Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) announced the appointment of Bhawna Agarwal as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for its India operations, effective immediately. In this role, she will report directly to Heiko Meyer, Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at HPE.
Bhawna Agarwal succeeds Som Satsangi, who will retire after more than 27 years of dedicated service to HPE. He will remain onboard through July 2025 to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
Since joining HPE in 2019, Bhawna Agarwal has played a pivotal role in driving high-impact initiatives across the Compute Business Unit, strategic growth programs, and industry verticals. With over 25 years of diverse leadership experience spanning digital startups, global media, and consumer technology enterprises, she brings a dynamic, forward-looking approach to the role.

She holds a postgraduate degree in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi. Bhawna's extensive experience and strategic vision position her well to lead HPE India into its next phase of growth and innovation. Under Bhawna Agarwalโs leadership, HPE aims to further strengthen its innovation-driven strategy and deliver long-term value to its ecosystem in India.
