Cyient DLM announced that Dr. Ajay Kumar has stepped down from the position of Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company. Dr. Kumar’s resignation follows his recent appointment as Chairman of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), a prestigious position bestowed by the Hon’ble President of India.
Dr. Kumar also relinquishes his responsibilities as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Board with immediate effect.
Dr. Kumar joined the Cyient DLM Board with a wealth of experience and exceptional insight, particularly in defence, strategic planning and governance. During his tenure, he made invaluable contributions to the company’s long-term vision and operational excellence.
