Zapcom is a global product engineering and digital solutions company that works with enterprises to build and scale digital platforms and products through deep engineering and innovation-led execution.
Zapcom is collaborating with the Product Management Club at BITS School of Management (BITSoM) for Product Sprint 2.0, BITSoM’s annual national-level product management case competition.
As part of the initiative, Zapcom will present a real-world product problem statement reflecting challenges faced by product and engineering teams. Students participating in the competition will work on the problem statement and will be evaluated on their ability to define the problem clearly, understand user context, and demonstrate structured product thinking.
Product Sprint 2.0 is designed to expose students to practical, industry-relevant problem statements and decision-making scenarios beyond classroom learning. Zapcom leaders will engage with shortlisted teams through mentorship and will participate in the evaluation during the final stages of the competition.
The competition will be conducted in multiple phases, beginning with its launch on Unstop, followed by an online quiz round, progressive problem submissions, and a final presentation round.
The final round will be evaluated by a jury comprising Zapcom leadership and BITSoM faculty.
Professor Rahul Narnindi will be part of the final judging panel alongside Zapcom leaders.
Select participants will be considered for Pre-Placement Interviews (PPI) with Zapcom based on their contribution and performance during the competition.
Commenting on the collaboration, Saurabh Johny, Chief Growth Officer, Zapcom, said the initiative provides students with exposure to real-world product problem statements and industry expectations.
