Reliance launched its JioBook laptop on 31st July as announced by the company. JioBook is an affordable device for basic and general use. People can also claim 100GB Cloud storage for free on Digiboxx which remains valid for a complete year.

The company shared a teaser that throws light on its specifications. The newly launched JioBook looks similar to its previous version which was launched by Reliance in October 2022. It appears that the company aims to target the upcoming college opening season across the country with this release.
The highly anticipated launch of the Reliance JioBook laptop was scheduled for July 31st and after much anticipation regarding its specifications and other details, the cloud is clear now. The JioBook laptop price starts at ₹ 16,499 and got released on pre-destined date.
Specifications
According to the teaser JioBook is launching with an Always-on 4G connectivity facility. Mean, the JioBook is coming with a preset Jio 4G SIM card. Also, the dual Wi-Fi band option is available for seamless connectivity. Like its previous version, it is likely to feature multiple connectivity options that might include HDMI mini, a 3.5mm audio jack, and Bluetooth 5.0.
JioBook is a lightweight device as it is going to weigh 990gm, which is lesser than 1kg, which makes it a highly portable device for everyday use. The device features a fan-less chassis.
Processor And Operating System
The JioBook runs on JioOS which has JioStore giving access to other third-party apps. According to the teaser the laptop is powered by an octa-core processor supported by 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB of storage space expandable to 256GB via an SD card. A large multi-gesture trackpad and Infinity keyboard are its specialty. As per the teaser, JioBook gives a full-day battery backup.

The tagline shown in the teaser ‘your ultimate learning partner’ indicates that the new JioBook laptop targets students. The device is anticipated to perform basic tasks including online classes and browsing.
