Brings Extensive Retail and Digital Transformation Experience
Ranjit Satyanath joins Vijay Sales from The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), where he served as Senior Vice President – IT & Digital. During his tenure, he led several technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives, supporting the company's hospitality operations and customer-centric digital platforms.
Prior to IHCL, he held senior technology leadership positions at Hippo Homes and Infiniti Retail Limited, the company behind Croma. At Croma, he played an instrumental role in driving omnichannel transformation by implementing technology solutions across e-commerce, store operations, customer engagement, order management, and digital retail platforms.
His earlier assignments include leadership roles at Crossword Bookstores, Shoppers Stop, ICICI Bank, Birla Technologies Limited, Asian Sky Shop, Primetime Media Services Limited, and Elbee Express, giving him over two decades of experience across retail technology, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, CRM, analytics, and digital commerce.
