Sookti AI has appointed Gagan Mohan Singh as its Chief Information Officer (CIO), strengthening its technology leadership as the company expands its AI-native solutions for SAP customers and accelerates enterprise transformation.
In his new role, Singh will lead the companyโs technology strategy, product innovation and enterprise-transformation initiatives. He will focus on scaling Sookti AIโs technology capabilities and translating advanced artificial intelligence innovations into measurable business outcomes for enterprises.
Singh will also support organisations in modernising their SAP environments, accelerating SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, and adopting intelligent and increasingly autonomous execution models.
Nearly Two Decades of Technology Experience
Singh brings nearly 20 years of experience spanning SAP consulting, enterprise architecture, presales, business development, digital transformation and technology leadership. His career has involved working with large enterprises on complex SAP and enterprise-technology transformation initiatives.
Before joining Sookti AI, Singh was associated with Deloitte India, where he worked with Indian conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation opportunities.
His professional journey also includes leadership and technology roles at NEC Corporation India, Page Industries, PepsiCo and IBM, giving him broad exposure to SAP transformation, enterprise integration, digital platforms and business-process improvement.
Extensive SAP and Enterprise Transformation Expertise
At NEC Corporation India, Singh advised enterprises on SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Fiori and enterprise integration strategies.
At Page Industries, he managed technology initiatives across SAP, ordering platforms, retail systems, e-commerce integration and digital transformation. During his more than five years at PepsiCo, Singh worked on SAP integrations, business-process improvements and technology-enabled transformation.
He began his career with IBM, contributing to SAP implementation programmes for customers across the consumer goods, retail and automotive sectors.

As CIO, Singh will focus on strengthening Sookti AIโs technology capabilities and helping enterprises convert AI innovation into measurable outcomes. His responsibilities will include supporting SAP modernisation, accelerating S/4HANA transformation and enabling intelligent, increasingly autonomous models of enterprise execution.
He will also strengthen relationships with customers, technology partners and the broader SAP ecosystem.
