Her approach combined deep technical knowledge with a clear business vision, resulting in measurable improvements across customer engagement and data-driven decision-making.
In her new role at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Shweta will lead the company’s AI and analytics initiatives, driving the adoption of advanced technologies and embedding data intelligence across core business functions.
