Before joining Runwal Realty, he served as President Operations (West) at Puravankara Limited, where he was responsible for overseeing project execution, contracts, planning, budgeting, and billing operations.
Throughout his career, Pandey has also held senior leadership roles at Oberoi Realty, Smartworld Developers, and Tata Housing Development Company Limited, contributing to the successful delivery of major real estate projects across India.
