GreenPoint Global has announced the elevation of Pramod Kumar Dubey as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO) & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). With over 18 years of experience in technology, information security, quality management, and risk governance, Pramod is set to drive the company’s IT transformation, cybersecurity frameworks, and operational excellence across global operations.

A Distinguished Leader in Technology and Security
Pramod has built a strong reputation for leading quality, risk, and information security functions across global organizations. Most recently, he served as Executive Director, DPO & CISO at GreenPoint Global, where he was instrumental in strengthening data protection frameworks and aligning the company with international security standards.
Earlier in his career at GreenPoint, he served as Director, Business Excellence & Risk Management, and before that as Director – Quality, where he established robust governance models and audit frameworks. He has also held key roles in information security and quality systems at Bayer Business Services, QualityKiosk Technologies, and Hapag-Lloyd IT Services, where he led multiple transformation initiatives and compliance programs.
His extensive experience spans cybersecurity strategy, information risk management, regulatory compliance, quality systems implementation, and large-scale IT governance frameworks, positioning him as a versatile leader with deep cross-functional expertise.
Strong Academic Foundation and Professional Credentials
Pramod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management (PGDQM) from the Mahindra Institute of Quality. Over the years, he has conducted over 70 internal quality audits and championed continuous improvement programs across industries.
He is also well-versed in implementing global best practices in information security, privacy, and risk management, ensuring alignment with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC assessments.
