Manoj brings around two decades of expertise in cybersecurity, information security management, and IT risk governance to this role and is set to lead the company’s efforts to build a secure and resilient digital ecosystem.
In his new role, Manoj Arora will lead PNB MetLife’s cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the safety and compliance of its digital infrastructure across all platforms. In the digital era, when cyber threats have become more sophisticated, especially in the financial services sector, his leadership is anticipated to be vital in safeguarding customer data, ensuring regulatory measures, and implementing best-in-class security practices.
In his notable professional journey, Manoj has been associated with several well-known organizations, having held senior leadership positions, including IBM, where he began as a Subject Matter Expert. Along with companies such as Wipro Infotech Ltd, which is remarkable for him, as he spent around five years in shaping career development as a Technical Specialist.
At EXL Services, his five-year tenure as a Senior Manager – Information Security, spearheading IT Security Assessment, Cybersecurity, Information Security Assessment, Cloud Security, Information Security Management System (ISMS), Vulnerability Assessment, including all-around aspects of cybersecurity.
Before joining PNB MetLife India Insurance, Manoj spent a splendid around nine years period with Religare Finvest Limited (SME Loans), taking charge as a Vice-President & Chief Information Security Officer – Information Security. In his role, he was responsible for innovations in the fields of cybersecurity and compliance, and management.
