Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has announced the appointment of Parijat Dey as its Chief Technology Officer, effective 1 September 2025.
With more than 18 years of professional experience, Parijat brings deep expertise in digital transformation, enterprise technology strategy, and innovation leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, and an MBA in Marketing from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Her academic foundation, coupled with her corporate journey, has enabled her to deliver impactful technology programs across industries.
Parijat began her career with Infosys Technologies, where she built a strong base in enterprise IT and project execution. She later joined Viacom18 Media, where she led enterprise technology and data engineering initiatives, successfully delivering more than 25 enterprise applications and designing a large-scale big data platform on Microsoft Azure. Since 2020, she has been associated with PwC Acceleration Center India as Director โ Head of AI, Technology, and Innovation, driving strategic technology programs across multiple global locations.
Her appointment as Chief Technology Officer at Mahindra Lifespaces comes at a crucial juncture when the company is advancing its mission of sustainable urban development while embedding digital agility into its business model. With her proven track record of implementing enterprise-scale digital solutions and building innovation ecosystems, Parijat will play a pivotal role in strengthening Mahindra Lifespacesโ technology roadmap and shaping future-ready living solutions.
