In his new role, Macha will lead Lucid Motors’ global technology strategy, engineering innovation, and product development initiatives. Raja Ramana Macha brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience spanning automotive technologies, industrial automation, electrification, power management, digital transformation, and enterprise engineering.
Throughout his career, he has led large-scale technology and engineering organisations, driving innovation across software platforms, automation systems, industrial technologies, and connected digital ecosystems.
Prior to joining Lucid Motors, Macha served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Eaton Corporation, where he was responsible for the company’s global technology strategy, innovation roadmap, engineering capabilities, and digital transformation initiatives across its power management businesses.
Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Schneider Electric, AVEVA, and GeometricPLM, gaining extensive expertise in industrial software, engineering platforms, automation, product development, and technology-led business transformation.
Macha also serves as a Board Member at Sasken Technologies Limited, contributing to technology strategy and governance initiatives.
