In his new role, Kartikeya Singh will lead the company’s end-to-end digital strategy, enterprise technology modernization, and transformation agenda. Before joining Lemon Tree Hotels, Singh served as CIO India and South West Asia at The Coca-Cola Company, where he led large-scale technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across one of the company’s most critical growth regions.
Earlier, he was Director IT at adidas, where he contributed to enterprise modernization programs and supported digital integration across business operations and retail ecosystems.
He also held leadership roles at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd., managing enterprise IT operations and transformation initiatives, and spent over eight years at Pernod Ricard India, where he played a key role in IT governance, digital alignment, and enterprise transformation programs.

Singh’s earlier career includes IT business partnering at Philips Electronics in the Consumer Lifestyle division, along with foundational leadership roles at Godrej Sara Lee Ltd. and Videocon International Limited. These experiences helped him build strong expertise in enterprise systems, infrastructure modernization, and process transformation across diverse industries.
His cross-sector exposure across consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, and hospitality has enabled him to develop a holistic understanding of how technology can drive both operational efficiency and customer engagement at scale.
