The Oberoi Group has appointed Keshav Dubal as the Head of Information Technology in a strategic move to leverage his expertise in enhancing the company's services through automation and digital transformation. Effective from February, he is responsible for leading technical teams in managing and implementing IT systems and projects that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
With more than 24 years of experience in the IT industry, Dubal has a strong track record of delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget. He expressed his excitement and took to the professional networking site LinkedIn to announce his appointment: 'I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Information Technology Infrastructure & Networks at The Oberoi Group!'
Dubal is passionate about utilizing technology to optimize business processes and enhance customer experiences. He has a successful track record of leading the deployment of various IT solutions, including SAP Concur, RPA & BOTS integration, and airport baggage handling systems. His professional journey started as a Freelance Software Developer and went on to work with companies like NIIT Limited to grow as an Assistant Manager. Later, he joined Beumer Corporation as the Manager Automation – IT and then moved to Beumer Group and left as a Senior Information Technology Manager after serving for over 12 years. Additionally, he worked at Dabur India Limited as the Head of Information Technology before joining The Oberoi Group in February this year.
Having a strong academic background, Dubal holds a master's degree in Information Technology. Additionally, he has earned certifications as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and a Scrum Master, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. He is committed to driving innovation and operational excellence in IT management and project execution.
