His professional journey includes impactful tenures at Aspire Systems, Great Learning, Bank of America Continuum, HyperData Ltd IO, Wellspring Software Labs, iFlex Solutions, EDS (Mphasis), Covansys, IBM Global Services India, Quintegra Solutions, and Reliance Systems.
During his time at Aspire Systems, Anand led the Artificial Intelligence Practice and built accelerators for financial services, retail, and insurance sectors, enabling faster deployment and measurable business outcomes. Earlier, at Bank of America Continuum, he strengthened data quality and wealth management initiatives, reinforcing foundational data capabilities for enterprise growth. His consulting and engineering roles across major technology firms contributed to the development of his strong architectural, operational, and leadership acumen.
