Throughout his career, Kamlesh has held key leadership positions at Kotak Life, IDBI Federal Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, NSEIT Limited, and Bitsoft. At each organization, he has been instrumental in shaping enterprise-wide technology ecosystems, driving data-driven business strategies, and leading digital transformation initiatives. His skills span IT strategic planning, architecture design, mobile and digital solutions, budgeting and governance, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, cybersecurity, and program management.
