In his new position, Aditya will lead Innovapptive’s India operations while driving global technology strategy, aligning product development, platform evolution, and engineering execution with business outcomes. His responsibilities include strengthening leadership depth, scaling engineering teams, enhancing platform reliability and security, and steering outcome-driven industrial SaaS innovation at a global level.
A seasoned technology and product executive, Aditya brings extensive experience across enterprise SaaS, fintech, banking, and platform businesses. His career highlights include scaling global engineering organizations, delivering high-impact products, and driving digital transformation initiatives across India and international markets.
Before joining Innovapptive, Aditya served as Chief Technology Officer at Servify, where he led platform and cloud engineering, AI/ML initiatives, research and development, and information security. Under his leadership, Servify successfully expanded globally, partnering with major brands such as Apple, Samsung, HP, Airtel, Xiaomi, and Croma.
Earlier, he held senior technology leadership positions at JPMorganChase and Microsoft, driving large-scale engineering, platform modernization, and enterprise transformation projects in regulated environments. These roles equipped him with deep expertise in managing complex technology ecosystems, building high-performing teams, and executing large-scale enterprise initiatives with precision and rigor.
