Fujitsu has announced the appointment of Meghan Nandgaonkar as Head of Technology, Risk and Resilience for its Global Delivery Unit, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening its digital backbone and global delivery excellence.

In this pivotal role, Meghan Nandgaonkar will serve in dual capacities as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). He will be responsible for steering Fujitsu’s global technology architecture, risk governance frameworks, enterprise cybersecurity, and resilience strategies across its delivery operations worldwide.

This appointment marks a significant milestone in Meghan’s 15-year journey with Fujitsu, during which he has consistently advanced through key leadership roles, including Deputy CIO, Head of Risk and Resilience, and Director – IT at Fujitsu Consulting India. His elevation comes as the company continues its global transformation initiatives focused on innovation, operational continuity, and secure digital delivery.

Sharing the news on his LinkedIn profile, Meghan said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Technology, Risk and Resilience, Global Delivery Unit at Fujitsu!”

A seasoned IT leader with nearly three decades of experience, Meghan has played an instrumental role in driving digital transformation, cloud adoption, and CRM modernization across leading technology platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics. Prior to joining Fujitsu, he held senior positions at HCLTech, Rapidigm, and Tata Infotech, bringing rich cross-industry expertise in technology strategy, delivery assurance, and enterprise risk.

An alumnus of the University of Mumbai, Meghan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering. He has also pursued executive education in Business Strategy and Risk Management from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and completed the Executive CIO Program from the MIT Sloan School of Management, underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and strategic leadership.

With this new mandate, Meghan is set to lead Fujitsu’s Global Delivery Unit into its next phase of secure, scalable, and resilient growth, aligning closely with the company’s vision of delivering sustainable transformation for its clients worldwide.
