In his new role, Shukla will lead the development of robust, regulation-aligned security and privacy programs. His responsibilities will include advancing enterprise risk management practices and strengthening governance frameworks to ensure comprehensive protection of user data and digital infrastructure.
Experienced Leadership in Cybersecurity
With over nine years of experience, Shukla brings deep expertise in security governance, risk management, and secure engineering. He previously served as Head of Information Security at C2treds, where he led strategic initiatives around compliance and cybersecurity architecture.
Earlier, he worked with India International Depository IFSC Limited, contributing to regulatory compliance and enterprise-grade security frameworks. He also held roles at Udeels Technologies Pvt Ltd, gaining experience in threat management and security operations.

The appointment comes at a time when fintech companies are prioritising stronger cybersecurity measures in response to increasing digital transactions and evolving regulatory requirements.
