Nitin Thapliyal is a trailblazing IT leader with 18 years of significant expertise in the diverse ICT landscape across global enterprises. Renowned for his strategic insight, he has garnered accolades in optimizing business processes, spearheading SAP implementations, and ensuring technology initiatives with strategic imperatives. He has made a notable impact in his past roles through a strategic focus on ERP implementations, conducting gap analyses, and managing global IT operations effectively.
Before this role, Nitin has held leadership roles at several reputed organisations, including a nearly two-year tenure with Trident Group India and GreyOrange for around five years serving as Head SAP Application and Analytics and Senior Program Manager & Head SAP, respectively.
In his significant eight-year term with Hero MotoCorp Ltd as a SAP Manager โ Finance, Operations and Supply Chain, he acted as a key liaison between business users and IT teams, translating requirements into risk-assessed, SAP-based solutions and leading change management initiatives. Whereas, his professional career started with Havells India as a SAPโSCM Consultant and then he went on to work with organisations like Fibcom India responsible for the responsibilities of SAP Engineer (SCM).
Having a strong educational background, Nitin has done his B. Tech in Electronics and Communication. Later, he earned an MBA in Global Business Management to sharpen his business analytical abilities.
