

Constl has announced the appointment of Nidhi Pandey as its Chief Information Officer (CIO), marking a strategic leadership move as the company accelerates its expansion in India’s fast-growing digital infrastructure sector.
Leadership Role to Strengthen Digital and IT Transformation
In her new role, Nidhi will oversee Constl’s IT and digital functions, with a mandate to drive transformation across key enterprise domains, including Digital, Finance, Operations Support Systems (OSS), and Business Support Systems (BSS). The focus will be on building scalable, secure, and future-ready technology platforms aligned with the company’s long-term growth plans.
The appointment comes at a critical stage as Constl expands its pan-India fibre network and strengthens its AI-ready digital infrastructure platform, catering to hyperscalers, telecom operators, data centre providers, cloud companies, and enterprise clients.

Extensive Experience Across Telecom and Technology Sector
Nidhi brings over two decades of experience in telecommunications, enterprise IT, and technology leadership roles. She has previously held senior positions at organisations including Airtel International, Vodafone Idea, Tata Communications, Tech Mahindra, and HPE India.
Throughout her career, she has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, enterprise architecture modernisation programmes, and IT strategy frameworks across multiple geographies. Her experience is expected to play a key role in supporting Constl’s evolving technology roadmap.
