Capri Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Nitin Chaudhary as Chief Information Officer (CIO). In his new role, Nitin will spearhead Capri’s global technology vision and execution, driving forward the company’s ambitious digital transformation initiatives.
Nitin brings over two decades of experience leading enterprise technology strategy, digital innovation, and data-driven transformation across diverse industries including fashion, retail, and wellness. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Wellful, a digital health and wellness platform, where he led the development of advanced digital platforms, oversaw enterprise ERP implementations, and launched generative AI-based capabilities to scale consumer experiences.
Prior to Wellful, Nitin held several senior leadership roles at online grocer FreshDirect, where he played a pivotal role in modernizing the company’s technology stack, introducing real-time AI applications for customer engagement, and leading business transformation projects. His efforts were instrumental in positioning the company for its acquisition by global food retail leader Ahold Delhaize.

A graduate of Temple University with a master’s degree in computer and information sciences, Nitin has built a reputation for aligning technology with strategic business goals, driving innovation at scale, and delivering measurable impact through digital-first initiatives.
At Capri Holdings, Chaudhary’s mandate will include evolving the group’s global technology infrastructure, enhancing digital experiences across its luxury brand portfolio, and leveraging emerging technologies to unlock operational efficiencies and customer value in a fast-evolving fashion landscape.
