Seth brings more than 27 years of experience in information technology, including over 18 years in the banking and financial services industry. His expertise spans IT strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, AI and machine learning platforms, core banking systems, infrastructure modernization, enterprise resilience, large-scale program management, and technology operations.
Before joining AU Small Finance Bank, Seth served as Chief Information Officer at IDBI Bank, where he led enterprise-wide technology modernization initiatives, digital transformation programs, and infrastructure enhancement projects aimed at strengthening the bank's technology landscape.
Earlier, he held senior technology leadership roles at Aditya Birla Capital and HDFC Bank, contributing to strategic initiatives involving cloud adoption, enterprise technology platforms, operational resilience, digital banking, and large-scale IT transformation.
