Aster DM Healthcare Names Ashish Pandey As Chief Information Officer
Aster DM Healthcare has appointed Ashish Pandey as the Chief Information Officer for its Retail & Pharmacy segment, taking a strategic step toward accelerating the companyโs digital transformation efforts. With extensive experience in digital innovation, Ashish will lead the firmโs IT strategy and spearhead key digital initiatives, strengthening technological capabilities across one of the largest retail and pharmacy networks in the GCC region.
His extensive expertise in industry-leading tools and technologies, including IT Infrastructure Management, IT Project Leadership, IT Business Strategy, Technology Integration, IT Operations, and IT Service Management, is expected to play a pivotal role in Aster DM Healthcareโs digital transformation journey. His leadership will help streamline IT operations, strengthen cybersecurity measures, and foster innovation to enhance overall business efficiency.
Prior to this, Ashish held leadership positions at Dabur India Limited, where he spearheaded digital and technology transformation initiatives. He also played a key role at GSK Consumer Healthcare India, overseeing IT and digital operations, including the seamless integration of technology during a significant merger. Ashish has also been a part of Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in leading ERP implementations. Additionally, during his tenure at IBM in the United States, he contributed to delivering SAP ERP solutions to global clients across diverse industries.
As per his educational background is concerned, he holds an M.Tech degree in design engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. With a strong technical background and leadership acumen, his focus at Aster DM Healthcare will be on driving innovation, optimizing IT infrastructure, and utilizing technology to enhance operational efficiency.
