He also played significant roles in prestigious organizations like BT Group, VFS Global, and CRISIL, where he handled end-to-end technology transformation projects covering ERP rollouts, cloud migration, data analytics, and global IT consolidation. At BT Group, he contributed to enterprise-level service delivery across the UK and international markets. At VFS Global, he helped integrate technology operations across more than 140 countries and 3,400 offices, showcasing his ability to manage complex, large-scale IT environments.
