This means prioritizing infrastructure that supports low-latency network interconnects, GPU-optimized clusters, and AI-ready networking. A: It is a tri-fold challenge, but compliance and security currently hold the highest priority. With the active enforcement of the DPDP Act and the strict mandates of the CSCRF (Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Framework), compliance is the baseline for our existence. While cost—driven by global trends in NAND and DRAM pricing—is a significant concern, the cost of a security breach or regulatory non-compliance is exponentially higher. Therefore, we treat security and compliance as "first-order" governance topics. We mitigate costs not by compromising on these security layers, but by adopting OpEx-based models and leveraging managed services that optimize resource utilization.
Q: Are you prioritizing data localization & sovereign cloud?
A: Data localization is a cornerstone of our digital strategy. Given the regulatory landscape in India, we are not just complying with localization rules; we are prioritizing a "sovereign-first" cloud posture. This means ensuring that our regulatory data remains within the legal boundaries of India while maintaining high accessibility. We are actively engaging with cloud service providers who offer local data residency guarantees, ensuring we have sovereignty over our data while benefiting from the scale and agility of modern cloud providers. Integrated Orchestration: A partner capable of bridging the gap between physical colocation and managed cloud services, offering a unified control plane for visibility across the hybrid estate.
Cyber Resilience: A commitment to shared security responsibilities, including physical security integration and support for automated, real-time threat detection.
