Varun Gupta has taken on the role of Country Manager – WPG C&C India part of WPG Holdings Limited, marking a significant leadership appointment as the company strengthens its footprint in one of the world’s most dynamic technology markets. In this role, Varun will be responsible for driving business growth, deepening ecosystem partnerships, and accelerating WPG’s long-term strategic priorities across India.

Prior to joining WPG Holdings, Varun spent over three years at Intel Corporation, where he held key roles including Pricing Manager – India and Distribution Business Manager. During his tenure, he played a critical role in managing pricing strategy, strengthening distribution channels, and supporting market expansion initiatives in a highly competitive semiconductor landscape.
Varun’s career also includes impactful stints at leading global technology organizations such as HP, Lenovo, HCL Infosystems Ltd., and Canon India. Across roles spanning Partner Business Management, Regional Channel Management, Product Management, Enterprise Business, and Key Account Management, he has built deep expertise in channel strategy, OEM partnerships, enterprise sales, and go-to-market execution across multiple Indian regions.
With over a decade of experience across the technology and distribution ecosystem, Varun Gupta’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for WPG C&C in India. His market insight, partner-centric approach, and execution-driven leadership are expected to play a key role in scaling operations, strengthening collaborations, and advancing WPG’s growth ambitions in the country.
