Rajat brings with him a wealth of experience, having served as Chief Sales Officer at Redington India, where he played a pivotal role in driving transformation across the company’s go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystem, and sales architecture. Under his leadership, Redington deepened its engagement with customers and vendors, redefined partner-centric value delivery, and strengthened its presence in high-growth segments.
With over two decades of leadership experience, Rajat brings with him a deep understanding of strategic operations, sales enablement, and business development. Before joining Redington in 2022, he held senior roles at global organizations including Newell Brands, HP Inc., Samsung India, and Shell, managing large teams and business portfolios across both B2B and B2C domains.
