Iris Waves has successfully implemented Xerox Managed Print Services (MPS) for Control & Switchgears Electric (C&S), a Siemens Group company.
Covering C&S’s four plants across India and its Noida headquarters, the deployment delivers a secure, unified, and auditable print infrastructure while strengthening the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability commitments.
C&S sought a partner that could consolidate its print services, enhance operational security and provide auditable sustainability reports. Iris Waves replaced the previous vendor, deploying 35 Xerox Mono and Color networked devices on an OPEX model that includes hardware, maintenance, consumables and engineering support for three years.
Valued at Rs 2 crore, the solution enables C&S to optimize print operations, reduce resource consumption, and track measurable contributions to environmental goals such as paper savings and carbon reduction.
Mr. Manish Singh, Product Manager at Iris Waves, stated “We are privileged to support an esteemed organization like C&S with our secure and scalable Managed Print Solution in partnership with Xerox. Beyond cost efficiency, our solution ensures clients can align their IT operations with sustainability, delivering tangible CSR impact.”
The deployment integrates a Xerox Print Server with a centralized dashboard, allowing C&S to monitor and manage its entire fleet in real time. This central oversight ensures secure operations in a manufacturing environment while providing sustainability reports that align with Siemens Group’s wider commitment to eco-friendly, carbon-neutral practices.
Mr. Vikas Guglani, Head of Marketing at Xerox, noted “Iris Waves has consistently demonstrated expertise in deploying advanced MPS solutions. At C&S, our technology combined with Iris Waves’ integration capabilities has created a secure, efficient, and sustainable print ecosystem.”
Looking ahead, Iris Waves sees rising demand for OPEX-driven print solutions.
Mr. Himanshu Chawla, CEO, Co-Founder & Technology Evangelist at Iris Waves, added “With enterprises shifting to OPEX-based models, we anticipate deploying around 500+ devices this fiscal, with revenues expected to reach Rs 25 crore.”
Iris Waves continues to serve leading enterprises with MPS and IT integration solutions, with deployments for Oppo, Jubilant, Volvo, PhysicsWallah, British Council, Pepsico, and Zomato.
Each project reinforces its mission of helping organizations modernize operations, improve security, and meet sustainability goals through technology-driven innovation.
