Iris Global Services Ltd has completed business worth over Rs 40 crore with Nashik-based enterprise system integrator Minitek Systems during FY 2025-26. The two companies are now targeting nearly Rs 70 crore in business together during the current financial year.

Speaking on the company's growth, Mr. Sachin Jain, Director, Minitek Systems, said he joined the company in 2019 after an extensive stint with Lenovo and has since witnessed significant business expansion."Minitek operates with an almost equal mix of Government and enterprise business, catering to SMBs, large enterprises, BFSI, education, healthcare and institutional customers. We closed FY26 with revenues of Rs 250 crore and are targeting Rs 500 crore during the current financial year, supported by several large Government and enterprise opportunities."
Commenting on the significant growth in revenues across the industry, Mr. Jain said the increase is largely attributable to rising technology costs rather than higher profitability. "AI adoption has accelerated demand for GPU-based infrastructure, advanced processors, DDR5 memory and high-performance compute. At the same time, international supply chain dynamics and rising component costs have substantially increased project values. While revenues have grown, margins remain under pressure because pricing continues to remain highly volatile."
The association between Minitek Systems and Iris Global dates back to 2005-06, making it a partnership spanning nearly two decades. Initially the billings were done directly from Iris Delhi office to Minitek Systems.
Mr. Jain credited Iris Global's commercial flexibility and partner-centric approach as one of the key drivers behind the relationship."Iris understands the realities of the system integration business.
