His wife, Smt Reena Sharma, Director, subsequently joined the business, overseeing operations and administration and contributing to its continued growth. Today, Vinayak IT has a team of more than 200 professionals, with operations in Delhi and Dehradun.
Over nearly two decades, Vinayak IT has delivered more than 1,000 IT projects, serving customers across government, defence, infrastructure, energy, aviation, transportation, education and enterprise sectors. Vinayak IT sources a significant portion of its endpoint requirements through Iris Global, including laptops, desktops, tablets and large-format displays, with an increasing focus on Make-in-India products.
Strong Government & Enterprise Business
Vinayak IT has steadily expanded its government and enterprise business. The company recently delivered an order worth approximately Rs 6 crore to the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA), while supplies worth around Rs 2 crore have been delivered to the Ministry of External Affairs, with both requirements fulfilled through Iris Global Services.
The company is also expanding into education, government data centres and advanced enterprise infrastructure, while serving private enterprises and NGOs.
