Creative Newtech Ltd. embarked on its journey in 1990, starting with just two employees and an aspiring vision to redefine India’s distribution landscape. From its humble beginnings as a trading firm, the company has evolved into a global leader specializing in brand licensing, market-entry, and contract manufacturing solutions.

Initially focusing on aggregating Epson Dot-matrix Printers, Creative Newtech established itself by building strong relationships and trust. The 2000-2010 period was pivotal, as the company secured sub-distribution rights for Microsoft in Maharashtra and Gujarat and expanded partnerships with Epson. It rebranded as Creative Peripherals & Distribution Pvt. Ltd., increased its reach to cities like Pune and Bangalore, and ventured into lifestyle products.

The subsequent years brought significant diversification. From 2012 to 2015, Creative entered the imaging sector alongside OM System India, secured exclusive photo distribution trade with Manfrotto Imagine More, and expanded its portfolio with ViewSonic and Samsung India by that time, while earning recognition in partnership with Reliance Digital’s Best Fulfillment Partner. In 2016, it forayed into the retail security market through a Honeywell licensing deal and began distributing GoPro products.

The company’s listing on the NSE-SME stock exchange in 2017-2018, marked a transformative phase. Creative expanded globally, with subsidiaries in Hong Kong and networks across the Middle East, GCC, Southeast Asia, and Africa, strengthening gaming product lines under their lifestyle segment and Phillips with TPV Technology. Further, the firm broadened its Honeywell licensing across Middle East and entered into retail security market alongside an exclusive agreement for InVue Security Products.

The launch of B-Safe medical products and the Ckart B2B platform during 2019-2021 showcased resilience amid the global crisis. Rebranding as Creative Newtech Ltd. in 2021 invoked a new chapter of innovation and growth, led by the same visionary team.

Creative Newtech expanded its market presence by partnering with Future Tech Electronics and Computers to distribute LED TVs for brands like DAEWOO, INDICOOL, and MEPL in India. The gaming vertical grew through a collaboration with Thermaltake Technology, while an agreement with iBall extended coverage to Vidarbha and Madhya Pradesh. The company reached a major milestone by migrating to the NSE Main Board.

Further growth was achieved across the lifestyle, IT, and gaming segments with new partnerships, including BaByliss, PNY Technologies, and Cooler Master. Additionally, Panasonic India audio products were added to the portfolio, and the Honeywell agreement was expanded to include Passive Cabling and Passive Optical LAN (POL) solutions.

During a period of global uncertainty, Creative Newtech showcased resilience and innovation. The company launched a medical products brand - B-Safe, and a digital B2B platform - Ckart. It took Honeywell distribution across 29 countries and formed new partnerships with ZEISS (binoculars and monoculars), edelkrone (videography accessories), and Hyperice (wellness products).

Expanding its tech portfolio, Creative introduced MSI mini-computers and Colorful Tech SSDs, while a collaboration with Reliance Retail diversified offerings into home appliances and extension of Honeywell air purifiers.

In 2021, the company rebranded as Creative Newtech Ltd., signaling the start of an exciting new phase of growth and transformation. Creative Newtech continues to empower brands and redefine industry standards, marking every milestone with unwavering commitment and success.
