

In a meaningful step towards environmental responsibility and community welfare, the Progressive Channels Association of Information Technology (PCAIT), in collaboration with FONA, organized a special initiative under the Clean Delhi mission at Nehru Place Market, one of Asia’s largest IT hardware hubs.
The initiative involved the donation of pull rickshaws to sanitation workers, providing them with essential support in their day-to-day efforts to maintain cleanliness in the Nehru Place market.
The initiative was graced by Ms. Yogita Singh, Chairperson, MCD Central Zone, who was felicitated by Mr. Saket Kapur, General Secretary of PCAIT, for her dedication towards civic development and her encouragement of collaborative efforts between industry and governance. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from both civic authorities and industry representatives.
During the event, Ms. Yogita Singh shared her vision for a cleaner Delhi and appreciated PCAIT’s commitment to contributing to the social fabric of the city. She had earlier encouraged PCAIT to take proactive steps in support of the community, which directly inspired the rickshaw donation effort.
