Lenovo Bluecom Wins the 4th Edition of AMD ITL Cup 2024, LG Orno Emerges as Runners-up

In a high-stakes clash, Lenovo Bluecom Brutes set a competitive target of 58 runs in their allotted 6 overs. Despite a spirited effort, Comprint Mavericks could only manage 50 runs, falling short of the target by 8 runs.

The match showcased an excellent all-round performance by Lenovo Bluecom Brutes, who successfully defended their total and won the match by 7 wickets, earning their spot as the first finalist of AMD ITL Cup 2024.

2nd Semi-Final: Savex Strikers vs. LG Orno Gladiators

The second semi-final was a thrilling encounter between Savex Strikers and LG Orno Gladiators. LG Orno Gladiators set a formidable target of 74 runs, pushing Savex Strikers to chase aggressively. However, Savex Strikers fell short, managing to score only 52 runs in their chase.

LG Orno Gladiators held their nerve, clinching the victory by 21 runs and securing their place in the final. Their solid performance, both with the bat and ball, was key to their well-deserved victory.

The Final Showdown

The final match was an intense battle between Lenovo Bluecom and LG Orno. Lenovo Bluecom set a challenging target of 56 runs for LG Orno to chase. Despite their best efforts, LG Orno fell short, managing to score 52 runs, giving Lenovo Bluecom a narrow victory.

The final was a true test of skill, with both teams showing excellent cricketing prowess. Lenovo Bluecom held their nerve and managed to defend their total, claiming the AMD ITL Cup 2024 trophy by just a few runs. LG Orno, while disappointed with the narrow loss, played a brilliant game and showed great sportsmanship throughout the competition.

The AMD ITL Cup 2024 featured T-10 format matches with over-arm, hard tennis balls, promising fast-paced and action-packed cricket. The five-day tournament witnessed fierce competition, with daily matches held from 4 PM to 10 PM.
