DT: - What have been the key highlights of your company during the year 2016?

A: - Microtek witnessed a very successful journey in year 2016. We observed very healthy market growth last year. Microtek also expanded its product range by adding ENERGY EFFICIENT DIGITAL STABILIZERS range for all applications, complete range of Solar PCU/UPS, SOLAR PV MODULES and also complete range of LED lighting.

DT: - What is the central force which keeps partners and consumers loyal to your brand?

A: - We have been always loyal to our partners and customers. We always fulfill our commitments and never mislead them with false promises. We always retain the interest of our customers and our channel partners as top priority.

DT: - Do you think that Government of India’s ‘Make-in-India’ and ‘Digital India’ programs are seeing the light of day?

A: - Of course both the above programs are going to make a sizeable impact on India’s Growing economy. As part of our commitment to Make in India, we manufacture most of our products in India.               

DT: - Since GST has finally been passed by the central government, how will it affect your business and the economy?

A: - It will affect all businesses and benefit players like Microtek who are branded players. GST will bring transparency into the supply chain. It will reduce overheads and extra costs. It will radically change the business environment and make India one market.

DT: - How does the channel help you to reach out to your potential customers? What’s your channel strength?

A: - We have a network of more than 25000 channel partners spread all across India, and it makes our product available at every nook and corner of the country. Channel is a critical aspect of our business and helps us grow.

DT: - What is your assurance for providing excellent service support to your customer?

A: - Microtek has unique, unmatched service network of 150 own service centers and more than 355 service points all across India which ensures prompt service. This is Microtek’s strength, because we work for 100% customer satisfaction.

DT: - What’s your roadmap or strategy for the year 2017?

A: - We have to expand rapidly in the area of renewable Solar Energy in this year by adding more products.  Also in LED lighting we plan to capture a sizeable marketshare.

DT: - What are the technology trends that will rule in 2017?

A: - The technology trends now a days are in the direction of energy saving and Microtek has been focussing to implement the same on all of its products for last many years.

DT: - What is your current revenue? What is your projection for the year 2017?

A: - We have a constant growth pattern for the last few years of approx. 20 to 25% growth every year.
