This Indian brand has been able to achieve commendable growth despite many challenges networking players are facing currently. Mandar Joshi, Vice President Sales, DIGISOL Systems reveals company’s marketing and channel plans in New Year with DT.

DT: How has been the year 2018 for you?

Mr. Mandar: 2018 has been an eventful year as SMARTLINK completed 25 year of success in the IT networking industry. We are thankful to all our channel partners & SI customers who have believed in us & shown confidence in products and services. This year has been crucial for our business as we also focused on enterprise product range along with our SOHO range of products. We are thrilled with the overwhelming response that we have received for our all new range of products and we are grateful to our partners who have supported us to make tremendous in-roads in this highly competitive market.

DT: What are the key products and solutions you offer to your customer base?

Mr. Mandar: DIGISOL is a leading player in the Networking Industry, offering an integrated value proposition from design to development and from sales and marketing to service and support. DIGISOL set a new benchmark in the Converged Communication Systems space offering a wide range of product’s across the IT networking spectrum that includes Wireless LAN, Broadband Routing, Switching, Structured Cabling Solutions and IP Surveillance.

DT: How are you currently working with your partners to strengthen your market position?

Mr. Mandar: We have presence in almost all the locations in India either directly or through our distributors or dealers. We have a strong distribution network of 21 exclusive territory distributors, 400+ dealers and 6000+ re-sellers across the country and we have been working very closely with many of these partners for more than two decades. In order to strengthen our market position, we have undertaken events where we have one on one interaction with our channel partners. Being a channel friendly company it is important for us to regularly connect with our partners who have been selling our products through regular marketing updates and marketing brochures. We believe in training and empowering our channel partners, this helps them build their own technical expertise as well as enhance DIGISOL’s brand positioning and visibility in the industry.

DT: What is your overall roadmap to escalate your growth further in CY 2019?

Mr. Mandar: Our focus for the next year will revolve around empowering our channel community. Like every year, this year also we will undertake various initiatives to engage with our partners. We plan to come up with new offers and schemes every quarter. Besides this we will also offer, loyalty and incentive schemes to motivate the channel partners. Besides this, we are focusing on introducing best of enterprise solutions leverage the latest technologies for superior manageability, performance, and reliability.
