We are Starting Product Replacement from January 2017

ASRock Rack had a good run in 2016 which was its maiden year in the market. The company is taking further steps based on the feedback of its partners and consumers to improve its operations.

It will also offer local product replacement now on.  Dinesh Kumar, Manager, Business Development - India, ASRock Rack gives an insight of his roadmap for year 2017.

DT: - What have been the key highlights of your company during the year 2016?

A:-India is a very important market for ASRock Rack, We’ve witnessed a steady growth in the market in the past one year. We would like to thank our channel partners who helped us to establish our brand in the market. 

It was our first year of operations and so was a great learning experience. We have taken feedback from many people and taking necessary steps to improve our presence.

DT: - What is the central force which keeps partners and consumers loyal to your brand?

A:-These are 3Cs – Creativity, Consideration and Cost-effectiveness. ASRock Rack promises to deliver high quality, cutting edge as well as cost-effective product. We listen, acknowledge and act by providing customised products and solutions. We try to meet the needs of customers. 

DT: - Do you think that Government of India’s ‘Make-in-India’ and ‘Digital India’ programs are seeing the light of day? At what levels are you supporting these programs?

A:- “Make in India” is a very promising step taken by GOI recently. It will strengthen the economy and bring self-reliance to the economy. It will generate employment. Make-in-India program is attracting investment in various sectors like IT, Defence, Railways, Space, Medical etc.

Digital India Program started with the vision to transform India into a digitally-empowered society and knowledge economy. ASRock Rack would be glad to associate with not only these two but other initiatives of Government of India.

DT: - How does the channel help you to reach out to your potential customers?

A:-We would like to thank the channel partners without whom it was not possible to establish our brand in the market. Within very less time we have penetrated well in the Indian market by working closely with our loyal partners. Channel partners are our core strength. We are taking their feedback to enhance our presence.

DT: - What is your assurance for providing excellent service support to your customer?

A:-Post-sales support is very important for any organisation’s success. ASRock Rack has a dedicated and enthusiastic technical support team which is ready to work extra hours for providing timely solutions to customers. On the feedback and demand of the existing channel we are starting local product replacement from January 2017 onwards.

DT: - What’s your roadmap or strategy for the year 2017?

A:-ASRock Rack will utilise all its resources to increase its presence, visibility and market share. Channel is our strength and we continue to develop and support our channel. We will engage with our partners more effectively to educate them about our current and upcoming products. We will provide all technical and sales support to partners to boost deployment of our products with large number of new customers. We are very much sure to achieve new milestone by end of year.
