In India TP-Link has maintained its reach with the help of its regional distributors, which cater to the need of its resellers pan India. TP-Link claims a strong channel network with 100+ regional distributors and 1000+ resellers across India. Lynn Wang V.P. SOHO Business, TP-Link India reveals his company’s channel roadmap for year 2017.

DT: What have been the key highlights of your company during the year 2016?

A: 2016 was a 20th anniversary year for TP-Link. In 2016 TP-Link revamped its logo to more consumer friendly style. TP-Link also introduced smart-home products along with Industry graded accessories.

This year TP-Link came up with AD Standard wireless technology. Also there has been advancements in the security sector. We at TP-Link believe to be up-to-date with this technology and have proven to walk step by step with new technologies and implemented same in our offerings. TP-Link has already launched range of products that support AC standard. You will soon see many more, and then there is M7350 4G Sim card router for future fast Wi-Fi experience on-the-go.

We are happy to announce that TP-Link has expanded its reach in India by investing in new HO in India, situated in Mumbai.

DT: What is the central force which keeps partners and consumers loyal to your brand?

A: TP-Link has always believed in offering our customers with quality product at affordable rate. . We also note to provide sensible benefit for our partners and customers. In today’s express world, you need to be faster to catch up the pace with this rapid world. .

DT: How does the channel help you to reach out to your potential customers? What’s your channel strength?

A: In India TP-Link has maintained its reach with the help of our regional distributors, which cater to the need of our resellers pan India. We can’t provide official data on how pervasive we are, but you can easily consider us to be present in Top 3 lists. TP-Link holds 100+ regional distributors and 1000+ resellers which deal in TP-Link products across India.

DT: What is your assurance for providing excellent service support to your customer?

A: At TP-Link we understand customers requirement and complaints, and thus TP-Link provides customer with 3 year warranty over range of products, also TP-Link’s convenient Replacement policy, provide customers ease to get problem solved by visiting nearest TP-Link’s reseller.

DT: What’s your roadmap or strategy for the year 2017?

A: TP-Link has seen a steady growth in networking market in India as well as globally. I believe that networking market has a huge potential in future, with new technologies. TP-Link with its gadgets and wireless gateways will let the world to get connected faster as we plan to launch AC series routers. LTE Sim router is another device which keeps you connected while-on-a-go all time everywhere. Future plans will be opening up the SMB products basket, strengthening our manpower infrastructure to leverage various channel verticals to reach up to consumers.

DT: What is your current revenue? What is your projection for the year 2017?

A: TP-Link is looking forward to increase its revenue in linear chart towards 75 % if not double, if market catches up soon as forecasted.
