DT: - What have been the key highlights of your company during the year 2016?

Next, we received several awards for the year the key being DT award on ‘India’s Best Power Bank Manufacturer’ and also Best Power Bank Brand. We also emerged as No.1 Power Bank Brand during the Big Billon Days selling more than 10 Lakh Power Banks.

DT: - What is the central force which keeps partners and consumers loyal to your brand?

A: - Channel partners and consumers play a crucial part for the Ambrane family specifically, for making us No.1 power bank company in India. Both largely comes from four basic motivators – convenience, service, pricing and brand loyalty. We at Ambrane, are driven on these, all our products are priced affordably yet with the finest quality. Not only are these products sporting key differentiation but also have stronger brand recall.

DT: - Since GST has finally been passed by the central government, how will it affect your business and the economy?

A: - Ambrane will benefit in a number of ways after the application of GST, as GST provides for appropriate CVD on imports, Ambrane  which makes in India, will get more competitive as GST addresses cascading of tax, interstate tax, high logistics costs in this highly fragmented and unorganized mobile accessories market.

DT: - How does the channel help you to reach out to your potential customers?

A: - Ambrane believes that their customer satisfaction is the most important factor and hence to fulfil that we make sure that our products reach the masses via online channel partner in less Turn Around Time. Our brand caters to every sector, so to reach out Pan India our general trade covers every segment. For our expansion we are planning to enter the Modern trade sector for better brand visibility in the market. Ambrane has also established a wide presence on various e-commerce portals like Flipkart, Amazon. 

DT: - What is your assurance for providing excellent service support to your customer?

A: - With each steps taken, Ambrane worked hard to reach out the consumers rightly. Our brand has opened 600 + service centres across country to provide best and quick after sale services to each consumers. A: - Over the time even power banks have evolved and Ambrane plans to launch exclusive products tailored to the needs of the Indian users that will focus on introducing the latest technology available to scale up its business. Also Ambrane plans to diversify its product portfolio towards mobile accessories market has already installed several new machineries exclusive to the products for Indian markets.
